• Use the stick provided to gently push the cuticles back.
• Using the nail file provided, file down your natural nail and gently buff the surface to remove shine.
• Find the correct size, press on the nail (file down if required).
• Use the alcohol wipe provided to clean your natural nail.
• Apply a pea-sized amount of nail glue or a glue tab to the nail and press firmly for 10 seconds.

• Soak nails in warm water to loosen the adhesive.
• Gently pry edges with a cuticle pusher.
• Use acetone nail polish remover by soaking a cotton ball, placing it on a nail, covering it with foil, and waiting 10–15 minutes.
